Miami Seaquarium Set to Reopen After Repairs From Hurricane Irma

Friday, Miami Seaquarium is opening back up to the public. It’s been over 30 days since the Seaquarium closed its doors due to Hurricane Irma and a lot had to be done to get the facility ready before and after Irma.

“The south side of our park was the most vulnerable, and so we spent the most time getting those areas ready before the storm,” said the attraction’s President and General Manager, Andrew Hertz.
