Lambton’s Victorian oil town features hundreds of scarecrows

The neatly-groomed historic town of Petrolia has long been known for its oil rich history, the Victoria Playhouse and former MPP Marcel Beaubien.

Now there is another great reason to visit Petrolia – the town is celebrating its annual Scarecrow Festival. There are hundreds of unique scarecrows scattered throughout the entire community and will be on display through early October.
