Fremont to sell former fire chief’s condominium

A city-owned vacant townhouse in Fremont’s Centerville District has been declared surplus property to be sold.

Located at 3579 Shadowbrook Terrace, the 1,519-square-foot residence comes with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms and a two-car garage. The 10-year-old home is described as in “excellent condition,” according to the city. Council members unanimously declared the property as surplus and authorized its sale at their Sept. 1 meeting.
